Blizzard also shared a new animated short starring a familiar face.
World of Warcraft fans will have the option to play Shadowlands, the eighth extension for Blizzard’s relatively well-known online pretending game, beginning on October 26th. Depending on where you live, you’ll gain admittance to the extension either on the 26th or the following day.
Blizzard shared a tweet detailing the game’s rollout after announcing its release date at GamesCom 2020—Blizzard originally nitty gritty Shadowlands at Blizzcon 2019. The extension highlights five new zones for players to investigate, a redid leveling framework that packs the former one to 60 levels, and new customization choices, including the alternative to change the sex of your character without paying an expense.
Alongside a release date, Blizzard shared Afterlives: Bastion, the first of four animated shorts designed to expand the story of Shadowlands. The short centers on a familiar face from the Warcraft universe: Uther. On the off chance that you played Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos, you’ll know the previous Paladin as a guide of Arthas Menethil, the character who might get one of Warcraft’s most famous lowlifes.
The teased first episode of Blizzard’s Afterlives animated shorts dropped alongside the release date reveal trailer, and it gave a fun answer to some of those questions. All of this, of course, will be proceeded by the Shadowlands pre-patch, which will include class changes and a level squish down to 50 maximum.
Now that the release date is known, it seems a safe bet that the Shadowlands pre-patch will arrive a few weeks before the launch proper. World of Warcraft: Shadowlands will become available on October 26th, 2020 for PC.
