One of the best games of last year will soon be available outside of PC and Switch.
Zagreus may battle to get away from the Underworld, yet he’s not, at this point, limited by the bounds of PC and Nintendo Switch. Hades, generally regarded as one of the best games of 2020, is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PS5 on August 13. It’ll be on Xbox Game Pass on Xbox and PC on a similar date.
Supergiant Games says the prison slithering roguelike is targeting 60 frames per second at 1080p on Xbox One and PS4. It’ll run at up to 60 fps in 4K on Series X/S and PS5. Actual releases will accompany a reward download code for the soundtrack and a 32-page booklet. The Xbox One and Series X models will be available in a similar timeframe.
Both the physical and computerized PS4 renditions offer a free upgrade to the advanced PS5 version. Tragically, in contrast to the Switch adaptation, you will not have the option to move Hades saves among PC, Xbox, or PlayStation consoles.
In any case, Xbox and PlayStation owners will finally get their chance to play Hades repeatedly for several months.
