A newly released video seemingly teases the protagonist of Yakuza spin-off Judgment visiting a city that didn’t appear in the original game.

Quite possibly the latest recordings to be delivered by the studio grabbed the eye of fans because of the district it’s situated in. Yagami never left the overall space of Kamurocho, Tokyo in Judgment, yet the video shows him somewhere else totally that is just recently shown up once in the center Yakuza arrangement hitherto.

The teaser shows Yagami greeting a person with an unmistakable waterfront region behind him. The individuals who have played Yakuza: Like a Dragon, the most recent installment in the center series that Judgment is a side project of, will probably perceive the territory as a part of Yokohama, where most of Yakuza: Like a Dragon is situated. Even though Tokyo and Yokohama are a genuinely brief separation away from one another, all things considered, Yagami’s experience in Judgment was exclusively centered around a case in Kamurocho, which means he never investigated different districts of Japan.

Precisely what Yagami is up to in Yokohama remains clear. Earlier teasers and Judgment-related copyright recorded by Sega have alluded to a Judgment continuation taking a significantly hazier turn than the principal title, so any case he’s seeking after in a future game or development may require looking for pieces of information outside of the recognizable roads of Tokyo.

Returning to a city from Yakuza probably will not come as an immense shock to veterans of the arrangement, as the games often return to urban communities that were highlighted in earlier titles. Nonetheless, it is still unclear if there will be any immediate hybrid between the two games. While the games share a similar universe and references to occasions from earlier Yakuza games are referenced in passing, there were no significant Yakuza character appearances inside Judgment.

While fans are likely anxious to study what the improvement studio is working diligently on, they have very little more to stand by. The previously declared Judgment Day occasion will show up on May 7, which is almost certain to formally unveil a continuation. Judgment likewise got a new remastered PS5 discharge, so players who haven’t given the secret thrill ride beat them up a try have an opportunity to do so with it looking its absolute best.

Judgment is available now on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Google Stadia.
