The celebration officially begins on Sept. 26.

Tomorrow is Naughty Dog’s debut, The Last of Us Day (which replaces the past Outbreak Day, for clear reasons), and in anticipation of the headliner, the designer has made various game-related declarations—uncovering stock and complimentary gifts—just as the news that its dreary true-to-life creation is getting the tabletop game treatment.

The Last of Us Board Game, as it’s innovatively known, is being made in collaboration with distributor CoolMiniOrNot (CMON), which was already answerable for any semblance of Bloodborne: The Board Game and God of War: The Card Game. As you’d expect, it’ll relocate the characters and universe of The Last of Us to the tabletop.

However, Naughty Dog isn’t stating considerably more than that at present; it is just affirming that improvement is in progress. More unmistakable is the recently uncovered two-plate The Last of Us Part 2 vinyl soundtrack, including music from Gustavo Santaolalla and Mac Quayle. Devious Dog says it’ll be uncovering further subtleties on the soundtrack and revealing two restricted versions of Last of Us Part 2-enlivened banners at 5 pm in the UK/9 am PT tomorrow.

Should your longing for The Last of Us stock remain unsatisfied, the designer has additionally divulged another particular Last of Us sculpture from Mamegyorai Collectibles highlighting Ellie and Joel (costing around £260) and a 16″ The Last of Us Part 2 Ellie sculpture from Gaming Heads.

The last comes in three variations: a base adaptation highlighting Ellie and her blade, a Stealth Edition with compatible arms, a discretionary bow, and swappable outward appearances, and a Hunter version, which is the very same beside an “extraordinary paint finish”. The base variant begins at $399.99 (about £300), so it is ideal for wealthy fanatics of hopeless collectibles.

For those that are quick to commend the upcoming The Last of Us Day without forking over what could be compared to a lower-level cutting-edge comfort, Naughty Dog has whipped together a free new The Last of Us Part 2 powerful PlayStation topic, animated by “that last splitting picture of the pontoon washed shorewards with the waves tenderly moving onto the seashore.”

Devious Dog’s pre-stroll to the upcoming The Last of Us Day subtleties includes a couple of extras, including stock limits and a photograph rivalry, and can be found on the PlayStation Blog. The occasion legitimately promises “energizing” (albeit still rather indistinct) things and starts tomorrow, Sept. 26, at 5 pm in the UK/9 am PT through the official site.

It’s available now from the PlayStation Store, and the developer is offering all other The Last of Us Part 2 themes and avatars free until Monday, Sept. 28.
