Let’s take a time machine all the way back to March 2010, when Battlefield Bad Company 2 released. You, as a gamer, are indulging in countless high-intensity modern-day combats with your friends and getting so many high-explosive battles with other gamers worldwide. With a mixture of guns, tanks, helicopters, and so on, you would genuinely feel as if you were actually in the war.
To this day, Battlefield fans still speak of this. But what if the iconic game was to make a return, but remastered? The Gaming Bible has posted on their Instagram page requesting the game to make a return by captioning “We need this back ASAP”, and most comments are from fans expressing their approval of the post and would want the game remade. Imagine Battlefield: Bad Company 2 on next-gen consoles. Would you say that this is the best Battlefield game ever? Because many fans would.
So far, there is no confirmation of this happening right now, or ever happening. Not even a rumour. However, it would be greatly welcomed by long-serving fans. For now, we are excited for the upcoming Battlefield 6 that is due to arrive this year, and it is said that the next instalment will be “Never before seen”, which will excite the fans massively. Nonetheless, a Bad Company 2 remastered should be considered.
