Xbox Series X and S pre-orders were gone live but weren’t beneficial to its clients. Some major retailers site in the USA like BestBuy, and Microsoft Store also had to go through some problems. Many clients complained that they were unable to find the search option on the BestBuy website. It wasn’t showing Xbox Series S or Xbox Series S on the list. There were many loading issues too.
Another major retailer website, Target, also has to go through some issues during pre-orders. There was only 1 console that was allotted per user. GameStop was showing “Access Denied” or “Error” while anyone was browsing for pre-orders. Walmart has run out of stock.
As we all know, the same thing happened during the pre-ordering of Sony’s PlayStation 5. Sony promised that more units would be available soon and also apologized for the hassle. Microsoft promised an exact date to pre-order but feels like it went in vain.
Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X will launch on November 10.
