There are skills in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony that can make Class Trials a lot easier. They can make you more accurate, give you more time or help you with Focus and other things in the trial. You have to know how to unlock them and plan your free time well.
What are Skill Sets?
In the Class Trials you can gain different benefits depending on your skills. Some make you more accurate, others change Focus, Influence or some trial mechanics. You can equip more than one skill, but your Skill Points will limit how many you can use at any one time. Gifts are a simple way to improve relationships. You can find presents while exploring, use the MonoMono Machine, or spend Monocoins to get more.
Try to give characters presents they actually like. The right gift makes your Free Time more useful, while an unwanted one can waste a chance to increase your friendship.

Check Your Skills

Pay attention to the SP cost too. Your Skill Points are limited, so you'll have to choose which abilities you want active.
