Here's a quick guide on how to use the casino effectively in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony.
The Casino in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony is a fun side activity, but it can be useful if you’re able to take advantage of it. Several minigames can be played, Casino Coins earned and spent on presents, skills and other rewards.
Unlock the Casino
The Casino unlocks from Chapter 2 onward. You can find it in the Free Time section or through the Extras menu. You can trade Monocoins for Casino Coins at a ratio of 1:10, so if you have any coins you picked up during the story, trade them to begin.
Kick Off With the Slot Machines
MonoMonoSlots are probably the easiest to get into. Just choose your bet and spin the wheels. You can play on multiple lines so you have more chances of getting winning combinations.
The slots are good for getting to know the Casino but are not the best way to amass a huge stockpile of coins. When you have a handle on the other games you'll have better farming options.

Other Casino Games to Try
Some of the minigames available at the Casino are Casino Outlaw Run, Salmon Fishing and Treasure Hunter. These games pay you for how good you are, so they are worth learning if you are going to spend a lot of time in the Casino.
Outlaw Run is especially helpful once you know the track. The course is the same every time so you can always better your score by practicing and knowing where everything is.
Save Your Change
You may be tempted to spend your Casino Coins as soon as you get them, but it may be worth saving them up. The exchange counter has various gifts, skills and other rewards.
You can also purchase Love Keys for 10,000 Casino Coins each, so completionists will be burning through their coins. Have a look at what the rewards are that you really want before you spend it all. In this way you won't have to grind coins again later.

Play on Harder Difficulties
They are much better for farming Casino Coins once you unlock the higher difficulty levels. If you are good at a certain minigame, try Mean difficulty and aim for a S rank.
The higher payouts make successful runs much more rewarding, especially when you’re placing larger bets. Just don’t bet more than you can afford to lose while you’re still learning.
Closing Thoughts
Find a minigame that you like and the Casino becomes a lot easier. Use the slots when you first start out, learn the skill-based games and save your coins for the rewards you really want. With a little practice, you should be able to get enough Casino Coins to buy the items you're after, without turning the whole thing into a frustrating grind.
