NACON’s REVOLUTION 5 PRO is a PlayStation licensed controller for the PS5, PS4, and PC that features an innovative design and state-of-the-art technology.

NACON, a prominent name in video game publishing and the creator of quality gaming accessories, is ecstatic to share the news that it will soon release a new controller fully licensed for PlayStation. The characteristics of NACON controllers have won over legions of competitive gamers, as seen by the company’s success in selling over 6 million NACON PS4 controllers, including 1.6 million of its NACON Pro line since 2016.

“This brand-new model in the Revolution line results from years of research and development and NACON’s undying enthusiasm for gaming. Our goal was to design the very best controller that could be made, one that would offer players an advantage over other players.” Yannick Allaert, Head of Accessories Division at NACON, said, “The Revolution 5 Pro combines the best of our expertise, technological innovation, and ergonomics. I want to extend my gratitude to Sony Interactive Entertainment, our long-standing business partner, who has made it possible for us to build this product to the highest possible standard.”

The Revolution 5 Pro is the culmination of years of research and ongoing feedback from amateur and professional gamers about earlier iterations of NACON controllers. Consequently, players now have access to a completely original controller in terms of design, ergonomics, comfort, precision, and technical innovation. Hall Effect technology is one of the new additions, and it enables increased precision and a very extended service life for joysticks and triggers.

This technology is also one of the new features. The environmental impact of the controller’s production as a whole was considered during the design process. During the preliminary phase of the design process, having the capability to repair and replace critical components was an absolute necessity.

The fully licensed Revolution 5 Pro is the ideal partner for competitive gamers who want great performance because it is compatible with PS5, PS4, and PC and can be used connected or wirelessly. The controller can be used for longer than ten hours without needing to be recharged, and it is fully customizable to fit any player’s preferences. The fact that it can connect to wired and wireless headphones (through Bluetooth and the 3.5mm connector that is present, respectively) is an added perk for people who play video games.

The NACON Revolution 5 Pro will be made available in December 2023 through major stores in the United States for the suggested retail price of $199.99. Beginning in early November, pre-orders will be available at both Best Buy and GameStop.
