Here's a quick guide on how to unlock the secret ending in Yes, Your Grace 2: Snowfall.
The secret ending hangs on the Fern Flower, a mythical bloom said to grant any wish. The hint is in the game’s title, and the whole thing is a side thread that Asalia kicks off, not a stand-alone quest. It’s a long game of patience: you set it up in Chapter 3 and collect on it in the last chapters.
Where to Look
Asalia, in the Garden. Everything starts with rescuing her in Chapter 3, Week 3. She rejoins the court the next week, and once the Battle of Jantar in Chapter 4 is over, she asks to speak with you in the Garden. That talk takes place in Chapter 5, Week 3. If you didn’t save her, the route is closed, so that’s the one decision to get right early.
The Ingredients
She needs potash, fern seeds from the oldest forest in Davern, and soapstone for a greenhouse. Soapstone first, because it’s the easy one: ask Vesa in the Council Room about heat-retaining stones and she hands it over. Potash comes next.

Unlock the Burning Glade, four points of interest south of The Keep, for 4 Supplies, then pay the local farmers 3 Gold for fertiliser. The seeds are the fiddly part. The right ones come from Kamenny Gai, but if you bring Asalia the seeds from all three forests (Whisper Woods, Kamenny Gai and Perodov Forest) she works out which are correct anyway. The source calls that a bug, so it may not hold on every version.
Making It Work
Check on Maya before you hand anything over. She arrives in Chapter 3, Week 4, and she and Asalia should have made up by Week 6. Maya has to be involved or the Fern Flower fails and Eryk doesn’t wake. Talk to Asalia first, and she should mention that Maya is helping with the greenhouse. If she doesn’t, wait.
Seeing It Through
King Eryk wakes after Chapter 6, Week 5. Play on to the end in Week 8 and don’t skip the credits, because the secret scene plays during them. It’s short, and it’s mostly a reward for people who played the first game.

FAQ
Q. Do I have to rescue Asalia?
Yes. The whole process only begins if you saved her in Chapter 3, Week 3.
Q. What if I can’t tell which seeds are right?
Collect them from all three forests and give them to Asalia. That’s the fix the source describes, and it also mentions a “proper” way: bring the Lumberjack southeast of Kamenny Gai to check the tree trunks.
Q. Do I need to have played the first game?
No, but the credits scene means more if you have.
