God of War Stands As A Pinnacle In Games Now Across Multiple Platforms

Santa Monica Studios has done it; God of War (2018) has finally come out on PC to the ravings of critics. A monument to how truly spectacular that game is, that almost four years later… (Wait, Four Years?) The game is still amazing to all who play it. It turns out, strangely enough, that throwing and catching an axe is satisfying, no matter the platform.

Matt DeWald as Senior Manager at Sony Santa Monica, wrote this on Twitter:

Y’all, I am blown away at all the positive feedback on God of War’s PC release. It feels humbling to bring this amazing game to a new platform. Thank you to everyone that helped make this a reality

— Matt DeWald (@mattdewald) January 12, 2022

God Of War was named Game of the Year by many, including the Game Awards, beating out tough competition like, I don’t know… Red Dead Redemption 2 is only one of the best games of all time. If that’s your competition, you’ve done something incredible, and that’s what Santa Monica did.

Furthermore, if you want to play God of War, now is truly the time. With an update to the game last year for PS5, adding 60 FPS and 4k, and the now stunning PC release, you now have the undoubtedly best options to play this incredible game.

In addition to this, with the release date of God of War: Ragnarok revealed, it only adds more reason for players to finally experience this game if they haven’t already… or maybe you should just play it again… yeah, maybe do that too.

I am in high anticipation for the next game in the series, and I am so happy that PC players can now experience one of the best games ever made.

Want more information about PlayStation? Supposedly, there is a Last of Us remake coming soon as well, so maybe keep an ear out for that.
