Grand Theft Auto 6 finally gets a release date for the first trailer.
Grand Theft Auto 6 has just broken the internet yet again. Remember when we told you a few weeks ago that Rockstar Games announced that they would release the Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer for the most anticipated game in early December? Well, they’ve gotten a date—an official one.
Drumroll, please – the trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 will arrive on December 5, 2024. That’s right, we are ever so close to trailer one. Many of us were sort of expecting it to happen in this year’s Game Awards. But we’ll get to see it a couple of days after the event, which is even better news. It simply goes without saying, but we are super excited to be able to get a view of what to expect in a game we’ve been wanting for years. It’s even better when we only have to wait a few days for it.
As for the time, Rockstar has also confirmed that. So, 9 am – ET, 2 pm – GMT. Make sure to mark this on your calendar, as greatness will happen on that date and time. Now, with trailer one, think of all the things you’ll expect to be in the trailer.
One thing we’d hopefully see is the year the game will be released. We wouldn’t expect the full date because although we’re getting the first trailer, Grand Theft Auto 6 is still in major development. But we should expect at least a year. Also, because of this, we shouldn’t expect any actual gameplay footage either.
Also, there has been a lot of speculation about one of the protagonists being a female, and hopefully, this trailer can confirm that. If it is, Grand Theft Auto 6 will be the first in the franchise’s history to have a female protagonist. And speaking of history, again, you should remember that this year marks the 25th anniversary of the franchise, and what better way to celebrate that than to view Grand Theft Auto 6’s trailer? Exciting times ahead.
