DICE confirms season one of Battlefield 2042 will be pushed to summer
It has not gotten better in the Battlefield community. But on the other hand, this can be a good thing, if DICE handles the situation properly. Battlefield 2042 has been anything but great since its launch, and a large portion of fans have let the company know how unhappy they are with the game’s state.
DICE has confirmed that the season one update for Battlefield 2042 will be pushed to summer 2022, to fix the game’s current issues. That means, no new content for the new 4 or so months. That is quite a lengthy time to delay content. This just adds to the downfall of Battlefield 2042. But this may be great in the long run, because it gives the developer much more time to correct all issues.
