We are already getting some news about WWE 2K26
WWE 2K26 is now the talking point as we get closer to the upcoming instalment. There is some news about the next game you may want to know. Just last week, there was an image featuring one of WWE 2K’s representatives and WWE superstar, Austin Creed, with the large WWE 2K26 logo pictured right behind him.
This pretty much confirms that the game is currently in development, and we are very soon to say goodbye to WWE 2K25 this year. And speaking of, WWE 2K has recently announced that WWE 2K25 will feature a Netflix mode specifically for mobile phones.
You just have to make sure your phone is compatible, as the game is very demanding and limited to a handful of the latest phone models. It is now available to download, and you get a decent amount of content to have an enjoyable handheld pro wrestling experience.
Now, as for WWE 2K26, it has been said that this will be the first game in the franchise to move away from last-generation consoles as we approach the next generation. Therefore, if you are still using the PlayStation 4 or an Xbox One, you may need to upgrade right now.
This can be a good way to ensure that WWE 2K26 on consoles and PC gets more attention and time to implement more quality into those versions.
Also, according to wrestling journalist Sean Ross, WWE 2K26 will be the first to include WWE’s subsidiaries, TNA and AAA, as DLC, which could make it the largest roster in a WWE game ever. He also said that we can expect those DLCs between July and September 2026. These are exciting times for 2K, and we cannot wait for more news surrounding this.
