While fans continue to clamor for an English localization of Mother 3, the Earthbound-inspired RPG Oddventure will be released for PC and Switch next year.

The Earthbound arrangement has served as a motivation for some, in any event, producing quite possibly the most well-known independent titles as of late: Undertale. While previous Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime keeps on prodding fans about the confinement of Mother 3, the impending Earthbound-inspired game by indie developer Infamous Rabbit seems as though it could make up for the shortcoming.

Before long, Oddventure, a game enlivened by the arrangement, will be accessible on PC and Switch. Oddventure is a turn-based RPG in a similar vein to Mother 3 and Undertale, holding an eccentric and happy yet baffling tone. The game was initially scheduled to be delivered exclusively on PC, yet it has now been confirmed for Nintendo Switch because of the publisher Pineapple Works. While there is no set delivery date right now, the game is anticipated to be delivered in Q3 2022.

A demo can be downloaded on Steam and itch.io, while fans can follow Oddventure’s Kickstarter to become familiar with the turn of events. The RPG will follow Charlie, a socially abnormal young lady who has set out on a quest for her more youthful sibling, Bonzo. En route, players will experience bizarre foes and partners as they travel through the fantasy-propelled place that is known as Luxia.

The art style hopes to take hefty inspiration from Earthbound and Mother 3, in any event, bearing a similar resemblance in its fight screens and adversaries. A few segments of the game additionally appear to return to the highly contrasting theme found in pieces of Undertale.

Oddventure will be released in 2022 for PC and Switch.
