‘Predator: Hunting Grounds’ Will Let You Play As Young Arnie

Illfonic has plenty planned with the new paid DLC, a free trial weekend, and a hefty free update.

Another paid DLC is coming to Predator: Hunting Grounds on September 1. Like May’s refresh, Dutch will be the star of this DLC, however, rather than the advanced 2025 model, this will be the ’87 adaptation. Also, to keep things credible, Dutch will indeed be voiced by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Dutch ’87 will have a new story for Hunting Grounds players to explore, but that’s not all the DLC includes. Players who pick it up will also receive eight tint customizations to kit out their characters, and early access to Dutch’s Mercenary gun. This fully automatic weapon features an under-barrel grenade launcher and steady hip firing. Next month’s free update will also include a new map and mode, giving even more opportunities to show off your new looks and gear.

Despite the fact that you could as of now play as Arnold Schwarzenegger’s notable character Dutch in Predator: Hunting Grounds, it was a more seasoned variant of Major Alan Schaefer to fit with the game’s more current setting. Yet, for those who’d like to receive the appearance of the great form of Dutch from the first 1987 film, you’ll get the opportunity to do only that through the most recent paid DLC pack, which will be accessible on September 1st.

Anyone with a PS Plus membership will be able to partake in the trial weekend, and any progress you make while playing transfers over if you decide to take the plunge and buy Hunting Grounds. The game will be on sale during this time on the PlayStation Store.

Meanwhile, you can try out the multiplayer shooter during a free trial weekend on PS4. It starts at 10 AM ET on Friday and runs for 48 hours, though you’ll need a PlayStation Plus membership to join in.
