If you are excited about the upcoming Resident Evil Village, then you may not have to wait much longer to try out the gameplay. Capcom has just confirmed that the demo is available for players. However, there is a catch. You will have to own a PlayStation 5 to be able to play, as this is, for now, the only platform that has access to the demo. The confirmation was earlier today on Resident Evil’s Twitter page, which reads “Did somebody say demo? (We did.. We said demo.) revealed during the Resident Evil Showcase, a PlayStation 5 exclusive visual demo, Maiden, will be available for download starting later today!”.
The demo is now available for PS5 gamers, as the same Twitter page just announced that it is ready for downloading. Plus, they also confirmed that a “multi-platform demo is coming this Spring”. This is unfortunate that the other platforms will have to wait some more time, but as for PlayStation 5 gamers, this is far too exciting to fathom.
