Kojiama is working on the next project with Xbox.

We know with utmost certainty that Kojima is working on Death Stranding Director’s Cut. The game was released in 2019 and will be re-released soon, exclusively on PlayStation 5. Hopefully, players and fans will get to know more details in the upcoming months. Though shocking news has surfaced that Xbox Game Studios won’t purchase Kojima Productions this time.

An accurate information giver, SoulsHunts, says that Kojima is going to create a horror game with Xbox in a partnership. Earlier this year, we got to hear that Kojima is planning on a game to work with Google Stadia. According to SoulsHunt, this is the game we heard about. Additionally, the title won’t be coming at a single time, which means the game will release slowly using an episodic format. This is the reason  PlayStation may refuse the project because they don’t like this episodic format.

For now, we can’t verify any details whatsoever, which explains why Kojima would not be working with PlayStation. Although Kojima previously collaborated with PlayStation on Death Stranding.

Rumors have been going on for months now stating that Hideo Kojima, who created franchises like Death Stranding and Metal Gear Solid, will work with Xbox in tandem on their next project. New details have come to light recently because no such deal between the parties has seen the light of day. Players are trying to take any little sort of information with a grain of salt. It’s hard to tell which of these rumors is going to end up being true. Kojima working with Xbox is the last bit of news we get to put our hands on.

If the partnership is going to come about, we won’t have to wait long to learn about it all officially.
