Here's a guide on how to complete the Launch Site puzzle in Rust.
The Launch Site is one of the most rewarding monuments in Rust, but it requires preparation and a clear plan before heading in. The puzzle involves two switches, two fuses, and two keycards, all on a timer, with constant radiation and scientists throughout.

What to Bring
The following items are needed before attempting the Launch Site puzzle - a Green Keycard, a Red Keycard, two Electric Fuses, a gun with plenty of ammo, meds, and a Hazmat Suit.
The radiation inside the main building is too high for a hazmat alone to handle comfortably, so bringing Anti-Radiation Pills or water on top of the suit is worth considering. A Flashlight Mod on the gun is also necessary since the interior is very dark.
Dealing with the Bradley APC
A Bradley APC patrols the Launch Site constantly. Attempting the puzzle while it is active makes things significantly harder. Either destroy it before starting, wait for another player to take it out, or time the run carefully around its patrol route.

Step One - The First Switch
From the vicinity of the large rocket, enter the Launch Site and proceed to the far left building. Use the Green Keycard on the card reader to open the door. Inside, insert the first Electric Fuse into the fuse box and flip the switch. This starts a timer, so move quickly from this point forward.
Step Two - The Second Switch
From the first building, head diagonally across toward the second large building nearby. Go around to the end of it near the blue container and enter through the door there. Insert the second Electric Fuse and flip the switch inside. All three lights should now be on, which means the main building is accessible.

Entering the Main Building
Head to the main building and use the Red Keycard on the card reader at the entrance. Once inside, the timer no longer matters. From this point, the goal is to reach the roof while dealing with scientists and radiation along the way.
The interior has multiple paths but all of them lead upward. Climbing the rocket silo is a reliable route - go up until reaching a high floor, then look for a bridge or staircase to keep ascending.
Open windows on upper floors also provide access between levels when staircases are hard to find. Military and regular crates are scattered throughout the building on the way up, so looting along the route is worth the time.
The Roof and Loot
At the top of the main building sits a destroyed helicopter surrounded by three Elite Crates and several Military Crates. Loot everything on the roof before heading back down.

Getting Out
On the way back to ground level, watch for broken staircases and avoid running blindly down them. Once at the bottom, find the Auxiliary Power Room and flip the switch inside. Then locate one of the Red Keycard doors, press the button beside it, and the door will open, allowing you to exit the Launch Site in Rust.
