Here’s what to do when a Clockwork card puzzle stops working in the Echoes of Central Park DLC for The Division 2.
Three of the six cards for the Clockwork SMG can fail in The Division 2 because their puzzles are bugged. This guide covers the workarounds and the door that needs all six cards. Testers found these methods in fresh runs, so a patch may change them.
Check Your Six Cards in The Division 2
Open the Progression menu, choose Collectibles, then Database, and scroll down to Unknown. All six cards show there, numbered I to VI, and the maze card appears as Owl.
The Stag card is automatic after you clear the Central Park mission for the first time. The other five were collected after the campaign, once every Guardian had been hunted and Containment unlocked. One Toad pickup reportedly happened earlier, while the Hunt the Guardians objective was still active.
How to Fix the Porcupine Card
The Porcupine card, number II, is behind four sets of candles near Thorn’s area, and interacting with all four opens a cave entrance. Sometimes the candles are not lit.

Testers saw it work in daytime and at night, with and without killing the Guardian, so the cause looks random. Relog, meaning log out and back in, then kill the nearby Guardian and check the candles again.
Repeat the loop until you find one lit candle. Once you do, all four should be lit. Some players also suggest waiting until after midnight.
How to Fix the Toad Card
Go to the southern part of the park and look for the invisible wall near the Toad card, number III. Vault or barrel roll through it, and you can collect the card.
Testers think the wall is a bug, and the card was probably meant to unlock through a puzzle that has not been found. A patch could close this gap.

Another run reportedly reached the card by climbing an overturned truck in the south and following the short path. Try that route if the wall stops you.
How to Get the Owl Card
Go to the maze marked on your map and run straight to the Owl totem for card V. Staying inside too long kills you, and daytime reportedly gives far more time. One night attempt ended in death almost at once.
How to Get the Carrion Eater Card
This one needs night, so wait until after 21:00. Shoot the glowing emerald from a distance until red smoke comes off it. You may not hear the sound from far away.
Next, shoot all four signs marked Emerald. Two are at the entrance you came through, and two are close by. The daycare building then opens, and the totem inside holds the Carrion Eater card, number IV.

How to Fix the Spider Card in The Division 2
The Spider card, number VI, is behind two entrances blocked by invisible walls, and the fix is still unconfirmed in The Division 2. Look for two taxis, because the entrances are next to them. Some players found them already open, so try walking in first.
If the walls hold, go to the nearby Guardian and set the difficulty to Normal. Kill it as fast as you can, then run straight back to the taxis and try again.
If you are still blocked, relog and repeat the attempt until it works. The successful run happened at night, and the time of day may or may not matter.

Open the Clockwork Door
With all six cards, go to the western entrance of Central Park and find the metal door. Behind it, one light turns on for each card you have. Walk through, then collect the Echo and the Clockwork SMG.
The gate may instead be just below the Center Checkpoint, so look there if this door stays shut.
Clockwork SMG Attributes in The Division 2
In The Division 2, the Clockwork reportedly comes with a perfect (maxed) Total Damage attribute. One drop also rolled Damage to Targets out of Cover, and that roll may vary. The same drop carried the Outsider talent, and you can reroll it.

What to Do Next
Check Collectibles to confirm all six cards registered before you try the door. Reroll the Outsider talent if you want a different one. Watch patch notes for The Division 2, since the Toad and Spider entrances may be fixed.
Use each workaround for its stuck card, then walk through the western door to claim the Clockwork.
FAQ

A. Vault or barrel roll through the wall in the south of Central Park. Another run reportedly climbed an overturned truck to reach the card instead.
Q. Do the Clockwork cards work before Containment in The Division 2?
