Battlefield 6 has just been announced, and already, there are system requirements?
If you’re planning on getting Battlefield 6 on PC, then pay attention, because this news is for you. Battlefield 6 has just released a reveal trailer and has gotten players amped up for the upcoming Battlefield title, especially when it’s been almost four years since the release of the last game, even more reason to be excited for Battlefield 6. But fans are eager for more information about the game, and boy, do we have some for you? (Well, some of you).
You know how they say, the earlier the better? Well, this is the case for this, because there is some news regarding PC. Now, despite possibly being no longer available on current gen consoles, Battlefield 6 is a FPS multiplayer, as usual, you shouldn’t have to worry about needing a beefy computer to enjoy this game. So don’t worry about needing to get a 5080 or something. However, you still might need a competent PC, even for the minimum requirements.
Now, keep in mind that EA doesn’t confirm these specs; these specs are for testing the game. However, these specs (or even some) might be the same for the final version. According to a blog by HyperPC, these are the specs for you to prepare for what might come.

Battlefield 6 Minimum Specs:
- Operating System – Windows 10/11
- Processor – Intel Core i5-8400
- Video Card – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
- RAM – 16GB
- Disk Space – 30GB
Battlefield 6 Recommended Specs:
- Operating System – Windows 10/11
- Processor – AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
- Video Card – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TI
- RAM – 16GB
- Disk Space – 30GB
Battlefield 6 Maximum Specs for 4K:
- Operating System – Windows 10/11
- Processor – AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
- Video Card – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
- RAM – 32GB
- Disk Space – 30GB
These aren’t too shabby, but the one spec that seems odd is the Disk Space. Are they telling us that it only requires that much to enjoy Battlefield 6? Is the game really that greatly optimised?
Obviously, this has to be some sort of mistake, but one can dream. And who knows? It might actually be real. But we just have to wait and see. More so, with the multiplayer reveal coming through in just a few days.
