Here's how to run the Dome monument and get the loot in Rust.
The Dome is one of the map's most recognizable monuments, with low overall radiation. Radiation only applies within and on top of the structure, so roaming underneath it freely is completely safe. A basic burlap set with at least 10% protection is enough to explore the interior and climb safely.
There are 10 crate spawns across the monument - six normal crates inside on platforms, three military crates at the top, and one additional military crate on a pillar within the dome itself. Normal barrels, oil barrels, and food crates are scattered throughout as well.

Fuel and Utilities
The bottom of the Dome holds an enormous number of oil barrels, making it one of the easiest spots to stock up on low-grade fuel. Diesel barrels also spawn at the top, which come in handy for fueling the Large Excavator monument elsewhere on the map.
Two Oil Refineries are located here - one to the right of the main entrance, and a second tucked underneath in a small shed. Both let barrels get converted into usable fuel right on site without needing to travel elsewhere.
Checking Loot Remotely
The Dome has two CCTV cameras that can be viewed from any computer station on the map. Entering the camera codes DOME1 and DOMETOP (capitalized) allows switching between the two feeds to check whether the crates at the top have already been looted before making the climb.

Completing the Dome Puzzle
A puzzle room now sits at ground level, separate from the climb to the top. Two metal buildings mark its location - one near the three large silos, and a second nearby. Completing it requires one Electric Fuse and a Green Keycard.
Enter the first metal shack and place the fuse inside. Head around to the back of the building and flip the switch to power it on. From there, head to the second door near the silos and swipe the green keycard to open it.
Inside, expect diesel barrels, a couple of regular crates, a Blue Keycard, and a Blueprint Fragment. A Recycler is also located behind this door, making it a convenient stop for processing loot before heading to climb the rest of the dome.
Climbing the Dome
There are two main routes to the top on foot, plus a way to skip the climb entirely. The safer route passes every crate spawn along the way. Start by climbing up to the entrance and grabbing the two crates at the bottom level inside.
From there, head outside and follow the path up over the blue barrels, across a thin pipe, then inside to grab three more crates on a higher level. Continuing up the back-and-forth ramps from here leads to the very top with all the loot collected along the way.
The riskier but faster route skips some of these crates. At the point where the safer route crosses the thin metal pipe, turning around instead reveals a second pipe leading up a different way. Following two large pipes down the side of the dome and jumping between them eventually connects back to the main path near the top, landing directly at the military crates.
A Minicopter can also skip the climb completely by landing straight at the top, making repeat loot runs fast for anyone with one available.

Getting Down Safely
Rather than climbing back down the same way, a faster route exists on the side near the diesel barrels. Following the thin metal pipe down to a bush with a metal beam below it, then jumping down and moving along a second pipe, eventually leads to a rope-suspended platform. Jumping onto the railing here cancels fall damage before continuing down toward the silos.
For an even quicker descent, the two large pipes running down from the top of the dome can be used directly. Crouching and hugging either the left or right pipe while falling - rather than staying centered between them - avoids the fatal fall that happens from landing in the open space between the pipes. When looking away from the dome, sticking to the right pipe is the safer option since it has no nearby platforms that could cause a collision on the way down.
Landing on the edge of the pipe rather than the ground beside it cancels fall damage entirely when done correctly, making it possible to reach the ground from the very top with no health lost in Rust.
