Genshin Impact: How to Increase Adventure Rank Guide

Here's a quick guide on how to increase Adventure Rank in Genshin Impact.

Adventure Rank is one of the key progression systems in Genshin Impact. As you progress, you are able to unlock new quests, features, domains and higher World Levels. The quickest way to level up is to do the activities that give Adventure EXP while you explore Teyvat.

Complete Archon Quests

Archon Quests reward you with a nice chunk of Adventure EXP and move you along the main story. If you are close to an Adventure Rank requirement to continue the story, prioritize any Archon Quests you have available.

Finish Daily Commissions

When unlocked, Daily Commissions are a solid source of Adventure EXP. Remember to complete all 4 daily commissions and collect the additional rewards from Katheryne at the Adventurers' Guild. Incorporating them into your daily routine gives you a nice flow of progress.

Explore Teyvat

Adventure EXP can be obtained from exploration activities that allow you to find new areas. Unlock treasure chests, activate Teleport Waypoints and Statues of The Seven, solve puzzles and explore points of interest. Exploration also provides resources and other benefits along the way.

Complete World Quests

You can get Adventure EXP and good rewards by using Original Resin on Domains, Ley Line Outcrops, and some bosses. Make sure to use your Resin regularly and don’t leave it capped for extended periods.

In the Adventurer’s Handbook, you can complete objectives that require you to do all sorts of things in the game. You can complete these tasks to earn Adventure EXP and more rewards. Keep an eye on the handbook to find objectives you can complete as you go about your normal progression.

Unlock New Areas

As you go through the story and discover new locations, be sure to check them out. The new areas have additional quests, chests, puzzles and waypoints that can help toward your Adventure EXP. It’s a very efficient way to explore as you progress.
