Here's a quick guide on Iron Man in Marvel Rivals.
Iron Man in Marvel Rivals is a versatile Duelist that excels at steady damage from above. He has flying so he can get angles most heroes can’t reach and he can pressure enemies while being relatively safe. But just flying around on the battlefield isn't the whole story of doing well with Iron Man. To maximize his potential, a lot of it comes down to positioning, aim, resource management, and teamwork.
Air Positioning
Iron Man’s flight gives him a unique advantage, but being in the air all the time makes you a target. Don’t just stand in one place, move around between heights and angles to make yourself harder to hit.
Use buildings, walls and other cover to break line of sight briefly before reappearing in a different position. High ground offers good visibility, but avoid wandering too far from your team as lone Iron Man players are easy targets for coordinated attacks.

Repulsor Aim Tips
Always hit repulsor shots to increase Iron Man’s damage. Focus on tracking enemy movement, not spraying, especially against mobile Duelists. Slightly get ahead of your quick opponents, and pick out targets that are already busy with your teammates.
Don’t bother trying to finish heavily protected tanks if enemy Strategists or low-health Duelists are in range. When a team is consistently accurate, it keeps constant pressure on the other team, forcing them to play more carefully.
Energy Management
You can make Iron Man’s abilities much more effective with careful resource management. Don't use all your abilities as soon as you can. You'll have little to do when you really need it. Use your strongest attacks when enemies are grouped together, or there are high-value targets to hit.
When resources are low, use your basic attacks and reposition until your abilities are up again. Effective energy management keeps you primed for the next engagement.

Best Team Composition
Iron Man is best when he’s teamed up with heroes who can either protect him or keep enemies in a fixed position. Vanguard heroes such as Hulk and Doctor Strange allow Iron Man to do damage safely, while Strategists such as Luna Snow keep him healthy in longer fights.
Crowd-control heroes that stun or slow enemies also greatly increase the chance of hitting Repulsor shots and heavy-hitter skills. Don’t fight alone. Coordinate your attacks with teammates and you’ll be much more effective and help your team take objectives.
Final Tips
Strong awareness and mechanical skill are rewarded in Iron Man. By mastering your positioning in air, bettering your repulsor accuracy, managing your energy well, and working with your teammates, you will consistently dominate team fights and become one of the most reliable damage dealers in Marvel Rivals.
