Playing Marvel Rivals with friends is a blast, but it’s even better when you have a regular group to play with. Factions give players a way to find other people, a regular group and experience the community together. If you have friends who play Marvel Rivals, you can join their faction or create your own.

Joining a Faction

To join a faction go to the faction section in the main menu of the game. From there you are able to browse through the available factions and find one that suits you.

If you already know the name of a faction you wish to join, then it's usually a lot easier to search for it than it is to scroll through a long list. Some factions may also have special requirements, so be sure to read the details before sending a request.

If you see one you like, select the option to join or request membership. If the faction needs to be approved, you will have to wait until its leader or members approve your request.

How to Make a Faction

If you want to create your own group, you can make a faction from the same section. Select create and follow the prompts to create your faction.

Usually you’ll be asked to name your faction and choose other basic details such as your gender. Pick something your friends will easily recognize. This is especially true if you are planning to invite people you already know.

If you are the leader of the faction, you may see some options for managing members and changing faction settings. To keep the group active, monitor the member list and delete inactive accounts as necessary.

Your faction doesn't need to be too complicated. A short list of active players can be more useful than a long list of people who play infrequently.
