Here's a quick guide for Phoenix in Marvel Rivals.
As a Duelist in Marvel Rivals, Phoenix adds her own special flair, with sustained pressure, burst damage, and control with her devastating cosmic powers. She is proficient in the execution of well-timed abilities, the control of critical areas of the battlefield, and the reversal of the tide of team fights by punishing grouped enemies.
Phoenix has insane damage dealing potential; she is most effective when she is in a good position and supported by her teammates. Master her by being patient, using your abilities precisely and having great battlefield awareness.
Rotation of Ability
Phoenix does the most damage when her abilities are used in the correct order, and not randomly. Start with using your basic attacks to apply pressure and start fights, then mix and match your abilities to maximize burst damage.
If you don't know that you can get a big kill, try not to pop all your cooldowns at once. Fluid rotation of abilities allows you to keep the pressure up during long engagements, and ensures you always have an answer when the fight changes.

Control of Area
One of Phoenix’s greatest assets is her manipulation of space. Focus on choke points, objectives, and places that are likely to be full of enemies. Forcing enemies to move will give your team some much-needed control of the battlefield even if they don't get eliminations right away. In objective based matches, smart area denial can be just as impactful as raw damage.
Safe and Secure Positioning
Phoenix can do some pretty serious damage but she isn't built to take much pressure. Keep priority targets in clear sight, but stay behind your Vanguard. You should never stay in one spot for a long time. After using your abilities, you should always move around.
If you notice enemy flankers starting to focus on you, retreat to your teammates. Don't try to fight a multi-faceted battle on your own. Staying strong will allow you to do consistent damage and stay alive for a long time.

Target Priority
Phoenix is best used when he focuses on high value targets and not attacking the nearest enemy. Make it a priority to remove the healing of enemy Strategists whenever you can, as this will give your team a huge edge. Fragile duelists are also great targets; your burst damage can remove them from the board before they get a chance to react. Don’t waste too much time attacking durable Vanguards unless they are already weak or getting in the way of your team’s objective.
