Here's a guide for Storm in Marvel Rivals.
Storm is a versatile Marvel Rivals fighter that combines incredible weather powers with amazing grace in the air. She’s good at spatial control, does reliable area damage, and supports her team’s advances from an aerial vantage point. Storm can pressure multiple enemies at once but gets vulnerable when she is out of alignment. By mastering her skill rotation, mobility and ultimate usage, you’ll be able to excel in team fights and objectives.
Weather Ability Rotation
Storm's powers work best when strung together in a fluid sequence rather than all at once. Start off the fights with pressure from your basic strikes before bringing in your weather abilities to influence enemy movement and deal area damage.
Why waste your best skills on single enemies when there are bigger battles coming? Mastering the art of ability rotation will keep you attacking through the fight, and will make sure you always have a skill ready when your team needs it.

Aerial Positioning
Storm's ability to fly allows her to attack from locations that many heroes struggle to reach. Keep visual contact above the battle area but don't stay in one place for too long. Moving around a lot helps you dodge a ton and makes it difficult for enemy Duelists to target you. Use structures, obstructions and height differences to temporarily block sight, then attack from a different angle. The best thing is to put it in the air smart so you can deal some constant damage but be somewhat safe.
Supporting Team Pushes
Storm does a remarkable job of inflicting damage, but also excels in helping her team manage confrontations. Use your weather expertise to discourage enemies from targets to let your teammates advance. When Vanguards start fights, attack at the same time as them, making the enemies have to pay attention to the front line and your air attacks. The most effective thing you can do is stay close enough to help your team, but far enough away from danger.

Ultimate Usage
Storm’s ultimate is best used in fights where you’re outnumbered and in big moments in objective fights. Do not turn it on as soon as it is available. Wait until adversaries have made an offensive maneuver, or they are fighting for an objective with limited options to retreat.
Coordinate your ultimate with your allies’ crowd control to make it a lot harder for enemies to avoid its damage. Strategic positioning and timing allow you to quickly turn a conflict around and create opportunities for your team to rack up multiple kills.
End Remarks
Storm gives players a greater sense of awareness, tactical positioning, and sustained patience. Master your weather ability sequence, position yourself well in the air, support your team’s advances, and use your ultimate at the right time and you’ll be a key Duelist in any Marvel Rivals match.
