Here's how to get MLRS Rockets in Rust.
MLRS Rockets are a rare, high-tier item, and there are three main ways to get your hands on them in Rust, each with very different odds attached depending on how much risk and effort is worth putting in.
Elite Crates at High-Tier Monuments
Elite crates found at high-tier monuments carry roughly a 20% chance of containing an MLRS Rocket. These crates show up at spots like Launch Site, though only after completing its puzzle, as well as Military Tunnels and both the large and small Oil Rig. Cargo Ship also carries them when it's active on the map.

Since these are just regular monument runs rather than a dedicated hunt for MLRS specifically, this method works best as a bonus while already looting these locations for other gear in Rust, rather than something to farm on its own given the relatively low odds per crate.
Destroying Bradley (APC)
By far the best method is destroying the Bradley APC. Bradley usually spawns at Launch Site, though as a wipe nears its end, some can spawn randomly elsewhere on the map too.
Taking one down isn't simple on its own, since it fights back hard, but once destroyed, it leaves behind several crates surrounded by fire. Waiting for the fire to die down before approaching is necessary, since trying to loot too early risks taking damage from the flames.
These crates carry a massive 98% chance of containing an MLRS Rocket, meaning nearly every single crate from a downed Bradley will drop one. This makes destroying Bradley easily the most reliable and efficient method for this in Rust.

The one real catch is that destroying a Bradley marks its exact location for every player on the server the moment it goes down, so other raiders will often show up hoping to steal the loot before it can be collected. Moving quickly and staying alert once the fight is over matters just as much as winning the fight itself.
Taking Down Patrol Helicopters
The third method is shooting down the Patrol Helicopter as it flies across the map. Targeting its rotors specifically is the way to bring it down rather than just shooting the body. Once it crashes, it drops several crates that are also left burning, similar to what Bradley leaves behind.
These crates carry roughly a 15% chance of containing an MLRS Rocket per crate - lower odds than Bradley offers, but still a solid bonus to keep in mind if a Patrol Helicopter happens to be flying by while doing something else in Rust, since taking it down is often worth the detour regardless of whether an MLRS drops.

Which Method Is Best
Of the three, destroying Bradley is clearly the most consistent way to get MLRS Rockets in Rust, given how close its drop rate comes to guaranteed. Elite crates and helicopters are worth grabbing opportunistically, but neither compares to deliberately hunting down and destroying an APC if MLRS Rockets are the main goal.
