Here's how to complete the Power Plant puzzle in Rust.
Power Plant is the last blue card monument before moving into red card territory in Rust. Completing this puzzle requires a Green Keycard, a Blue Keycard, and an Electric Fuse. Radiation levels here run high in specific spots, so bringing a Hazmat Suit is strongly recommended.
Flipping the First Switch
Head to the building with the restricted doors and climb the staircase inside. Under the second staircase, a switch is waiting to be flipped. This is the first step in getting the puzzle moving in Rust.

Reaching the Timer Shack
From there, make the way over to a small metal shack nearby. Inside, another switch activates the timer, which means the clock is now running for the next stage.
Power Plant has plenty of military crates scattered around outside the puzzle path in Rust, so looting those either before starting or right after finishing the timed section is worth planning for.
Using the Green Keycard
With the timer active, head to the green door and swipe the Green Keycard to get inside. From there, move right, then left, to reach one more switch that needs flipping - a small detour that trips up a lot of new players in Rust.
Continuing on leads to an exit door where a spare Green Keycard sits on a table. Climbing the staircases from here leads up toward the control room, marked clearly by an arrow pointing the way.

Entering the Blue Card Room
At the control room, insert the Electric Fuse into the fuse box before swiping the Blue Keycard on the door. This grants access to the main loot room.
The first room holds one crate, while heading upstairs reveals a Red Keycard along with a few additional crates. The overall loot here is lighter compared to other blue card monuments like Airfield or Trainyard, though Power Plant remains a solid base location due to the surrounding loot outside the puzzle itself.
