Here's a quick guide on how to catch rare Aniimo.
The rare Aniimo are harder to find and catch than the creatures you normally run into while exploring Idyll. If you’re looking for a particular one, it can save you a lot of time if you know where to look and how to go about it. You don’t need anything too fancy, but having the right things on hand will help.
Check Where They Appear
Before you even begin to search, know where to find the Aniimo you're looking for. As Aniimo live in different places, be sure you are looking in the right place. If you’re looking for one that’s far from your usual area, then expect a longer trip.
Check the Conditions
Some Aniimo may only appear when certain conditions are met. When you search, think about the weather, time of day, and environment. If the conditions don't suit, it might be better to come back later rather than spend a long time looking.

Bring Better Aniipods
Go look for a rare Aniimo, but take some good Aniipods with you. You don’t want to finally see one and then realize you don’t have anything to catch it with. Keep your better Aniipods for the creatures you really want.
Approach Carefully
When you spot a rare Aniimo, don’t just run up to it. Be careful how you move so as not to frighten it away. Getting into a good position before you try for the catch can make all the difference.
Weaken the Aniimo
If you cannot catch the Aniimo immediately, you may have to weaken it first. Do enough damage to make it easier to catch, but be careful not to defeat it. The last thing you want is to come across a rare Aniimo and accidentally knock it out.

Use the Right Moment
Don't use an Aniipod every time you're up close. Wait for the right chance and make sure you are actually ready to go for the catch. It might be easier if the Aniimo is distracted or in a vulnerable state.
Be Patient
Rare Aniimo might not always show up when you want them to. If you have looked in the right place and the conditions are right, keep looking around.
Keep Exploring
If you don’t find your target, it’s okay. You might find other Aniimo along the way if you explore different areas. Knowing where to look for certain creatures can also be learned, making future hunts easier.
Last Tips
Make sure you have the right conditions and know where your target is before you start. Bring appropriate Aniipods and approach carefully. If needed, weaken the Aniimo. Most important of all, don't rush the catch.
