Here's a quick guide on how to use Twine and Switch between Aniimo.
Twine is useful if you want to change between the Aniimo you have with you. Depending on the circumstance, different Aniimo can be useful, so knowing how to switch between them can make exploring and fighting easier.
Open Twine
To begin, open Twine with the button or control you assigned it to. This should open up the Aniimo you currently have available. It's a good idea to get familiar with the controls early on, so you won't have to stop and figure them out in the middle of something.
Pick Your Aniimo
Browse your available Aniimo and choose the one you want to use. Pick one of them, and it will be your active Aniimo. You can then use its powers while exploring or fighting enemies.

Switch While Exploring
You don’t always have to use the same Aniimo. Switch between them as you go exploring and run into different situations. If you have another Aniimo that has an ability that can help, then switch to that instead of trying to work around the problem with the one you have out.
Use Different Abilities
Different Aniimo could be useful for different aspects of exploration. See if you can find something that seems to require a certain skill. Look through your available Aniimo, and see if any of them can help. After you have spent some time with them, you will have a better idea of which Aniimo you prefer for different situations.
Switch During Combat
If you fight, you can also change Aniimo. If the current one isn't working well against an enemy, try another one of your options. Just be careful not to switch at the wrong time and leave yourself vulnerable to an attack.

Practice Switching
If you're not comfortable with Twine yet, try it out somewhere safe. Switch between your Aniimo a couple of times and make yourself familiar with how fast you can switch between them. Once you get used to it, switching in an actual fight or exploration will feel a lot easier.
Keep Different Aniimo Ready
Keep a few different options in your pool as you discover more Aniimo. A not-so-useful Aniimo at first might be useful later when you get to a new area, or find yourself in a different situation. Having options ready also means that you don’t have to change everything around every time you need a different skill.
Final Tips
Make use of your available Aniimo and see what they can do with Twine. Switch to another Aniimo when its abilities are more useful for what you’re doing, and practice switching until it is second nature.
