Here's how to farm SHD levels fast with the National Bond Armory loop during the x6 XP Event in The Division 2.
The best SHD level farm during the x6 XP Event is looping the National Bond Armory assignment in The Division 2. The mission pays 1,064,644 base XP with five directives, which reaches over 6 million XP with the 6X boost. Each run reportedly takes two to three minutes.
How the 6X XP Event Works in The Division 2
The x6 XP Event started in The Division 2 on November 6, and the usual maximum is reportedly 5X. It boosts SHD XP for up to 1,000 levels and grants an Exotic Cache when you finish. The event timer shows 3 days and 17 hours.
A separate x5 Season XP Event starts on November 10 and boosts your Battle Pass five times faster. Check the in-game Events Timeline tab for the exact end time, since Season XP and SHD XP are separate boosts.

SHD levels raise your health and other stats and unlock Scavenging points on your watch. Reportedly, those points are shared across your characters, so spending them on one uses them account-wide.
Players under 1,000 SHD levels gain the most from this event. In about three hours of good runs, you can reportedly reach around 1,000.
What You Need Before You Farm
National Bond Armory is a classified assignment northeast of the White House settlement, and it needs the Year 1 Pass. Without the pass, use the open-world options below.

How to Run the National Bond Armory Loop in The Division 2
Open Global Settings, set Change Global Difficulty to Heroic, and turn on Change Global Directive. All five directives add 125% XP, and Challenging also works if Heroic slows you down.
Some players leave the Scavenged Skills directive off, leaving four directives active. Use any high-damage setup you like.
Eliminate Sergeant Bourne at the end and leave through the Exit to DC door. Then fast travel back to the entrance and press Start Mission again.
There is no waiting period between runs now, so you can repeat the loop as long as the event lasts. Older guides describe a weekly lockout.

Farm Open-World XP Without the Pass
Territory Controls and Public Executions are quick and plentiful, so they are the best open-world picks. Propaganda Broadcasts and similar activities also pay.
Open Priority Objectives and press Reroll Objectives until the reward shows high XP. Strongholds pay best, and most Open World or Activity cards pay a decent amount.
Replaying the Lincoln Memorial mission is another option. If you own Echoes of Central Park, its missions are reportedly quick and efficient too.

Hunter's Fury Pistol Build in The Division 2
This National Bond Armory build in The Division 2 uses four pieces of Hunter's Fury on the holster, backpack, gloves, and kneepads. Add the Iron Will exotic chest and a Punch Drunk mask.
Use the Regulus exotic pistol with a Bulwark shield. Put headshot damage on every mod.
In one setup, the Prototype Punch Drunk mask had 30% headshot damage and the Douglas & Harding 24% Pistol Damage bonus. The Hunter's Fury backpack reportedly extends the disorient range of Apex Predator kills.

You start with zero primary ammo under the ammo directive, so the pistol lets you kill True Sons right away. Headshot kills with the Regulus also explode, so groups fall quickly.
Backup Gear for the Pistol Build
Without the Regulus, use a D50 pistol. Reportedly, a Harvest pistol with the Detox and Determined talents also works, though check those names in your inventory.
A two-piece Imminence Armaments chest with Headhunter or Perfect Headhunter can replace the Iron Will chest. The backpack can carry Unstoppable Force or Vigilance.

Missing Hunter's Fury pieces can be crafted or farmed in Countdown with headshot damage rolls. Any two-piece bonus that adds pistol damage or survivability fits the other slots.
Striker Build for Open-World Farming
For open-world activities, use four pieces of Striker's Battlegear with a Salvo holster and an Equalizer chest. Put critical hit chance and critical hit damage on every mod.
Run the Caduceus exotic assault rifle, since its critical hits heal your team. You do not need a shield, and you can heal yourself.

What to Do Next
Check your Events Timeline and start the National Bond Armory loop while the x6 XP Event is live. Without the Year 1 Pass, farm Territory Controls and Public Executions on Heroic. Save one loadout for each farm so swapping takes seconds in The Division 2.
Run National Bond Armory on Heroic with directives on, leave by the Exit to DC door, fast travel back, and repeat until the x6 XP Event ends.
