Honkai Star Rail: How to Farm Credits Efficiently Guide

Credits are one of the most important resources in Honkai: Star Rail. They are required for leveling characters, upgrading Light Cones, improving Traces, and enhancing Relics. Since upgrading multiple characters can quickly deplete your supply, knowing how to earn Credits efficiently is important for every player.

Farm the Calyx

The best way to farm Credits is via Calyx (Golden): Bud of Treasures. These stages award Credits for Trailblaze Power, so are useful when you're in need of a large amount quickly. Higher difficulty levels give better rewards, so unlock and farm the highest level you can comfortably complete. However, if you’re in dire need of other progression materials, don’t blow all your Trailblaze Power on Credits.

Complete Daily Training

Daily Training offers useful rewards and encourages you to do regular activities. Completing your daily objectives consistently helps you maintain a steady supply of resources, though Credits aren’t the only reward you receive. Don’t just do Credit farming, make Daily Training a part of your routine.

Complete Events and Missions

Credits can be earned through story missions, companion missions, side quests and events, alongside other rewards. If you have content already queued up, it’s more efficient to complete that than to spend Trailblaze Power immediately. As your account gets stronger, you will be able to get valuable rewards in permanent combat content such as Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction, and Apocalyptic Shadow. While these activities are primarily designed for challenging combat, the rewards can help you to increase your overall resource income.

Don’t Waste Credits

Farming isn't just about more Credits. Don’t spend too much on characters you don’t plan on using. Put your Main DPS, important Supports, and any other characters in your primary teams at the top of your list.
