Here's a quick guide on how to reroll enchantments in Minecraft Dungeons II.
Getting a weapon you really like and then seeing a useless enchantment on it sucks. If the rest of the weapon is good, though, you don't have to give up on it. Rerolling lets you take another shot at getting an enchantment that's actually useful.
Check the Gear First
I'd make sure the weapon or armor is worth keeping before spending anything on it. If you're already looking for something to replace it, save your resources.
If you've been using the same piece for a while and it's still working well, that's when I'd consider rerolling.
Look at the Enchantment
Don't reroll just because the enchantment isn't one you wanted. Have a look at what it actually does and think about whether it fits your build.
You might find that an enchantment you didn't care about at first is actually useful with your weapon. If you're never getting any use out of it, then it's probably worth changing.

Pick Something That Makes Sense
Think about what you're already doing with the gear. A fast weapon might work nicely with an enchantment that benefits from repeated hits, while a slower weapon may get more from something that makes each attack stronger.
You don't have to copy someone else's build, either. If you like playing a certain way, pick enchantments that make that playstyle better.
Don't Blow All Your Resources
I'd be careful about rerolling again and again just because the last result wasn't perfect. You can burn through your resources surprisingly fast that way.
If you get an enchantment that's decent and actually useful, I'd probably leave it alone. You can always try for something better later.
Give It A Try
Before deciding that a new enchantment is useless, take the gear into a few fights. Sometimes an effect sounds boring when you read it but turns out to be pretty handy once you're actually using it.
If you still don't like it after trying it out, then go ahead and reroll when you have the resources.

Don't Chase Perfect Gear
You really don't need the perfect enchantment on everything. If your weapon feels good and the enchantment is doing its job, that's usually enough.
I'd save the expensive rerolling for gear that you're planning to use for a long time rather than trying to perfect every random drop.
Reroll the enchantments on gear you actually want to keep, and don't waste resources chasing a perfect roll.
FAQ
Q. When should I reroll an enchantment?
A. I'd do it when the gear is good but the enchantment is basically useless for how I'm playing. If the whole item is bad, I'd just replace it.
Q. What if I get an enchantment that's only okay?
A. I'd use it for a bit before rerolling again. If it's doing its job, there's no real reason to spend more resources on it.
Q. Is it worth trying to get the perfect enchantment?
A. Only if you're really into making the strongest build possible. For normal play, I'd take a good enchantment and keep my resources for other gear.
