Here's a quick guide on how to complete Fight Club Challenges in Neverness to Everness.
The Fight Club is a permanent Hethereau Hobby allowing you to engage in hand-to-hand combat with other players. It’s a completely different test of timing, movement and close combat skills, minus the use of weapons or normal Esper powers like in normal combat.
Unlock the Fight Club
Fight Club is available after unlocking Hunter Level 11. Once unlocked, go to the Hethereau Hobbies menu and select Fight Club to enter a match. You can also get to the PvE side of the activity by working through the associated prison quest and defeating Tornado.
Know the Battle Format
The normal Fight Club is a player battle royale. All competitors fight each other in an arena with hand-to-hand attacks and whatever they have on hand. Players are ranked based on the order of elimination, with the last person standing in first.

Learn the Fighting Controls
Most of Fight Club is focused on blocking, dodging, parrying and grapple throws. You must learn these mechanics because your normal weapons and Esper powers are disabled. Don’t rush in to attack and look for an opening when an opponent misses an attack.
Take Advantage Of The Arena
You can move around in the arena, so don’t stay in one position too long. If there are multiple opponents fighting each other, stay back and look for opportunities to attack weakened players. Positioning is as important as your damage dealing ability.
Take Care of Your Health
If you’re in a bad state, avoid unnecessary fights and focus on survival. You don’t necessarily have to go kill another player right away. When you have multiple enemies, you can choose to stay out of the fight and jump in when they are already damaged.
Complete PvE Challenges
After you finish the related quest and beat Tornado, Fight Club has PvE challenges too. These challenges provide more fights and rewards, enabling you to hone the unique combat system without having to only play multiplayer matches.

Claim Your Rewards
Your final ranking decides what rewards you get from normal Fight Club matches. You get more Fons and Strong Painkillers with higher placement.
Fight Club is still useful if you want extra rewards without using your regular stamina allocation, since you can still earn Strong Painkillers if you decide not to spend City Stamina.
Additional Tips
In Fight Club, the game favors players who understand the close combat mechanics of the game, rather than those who simply attack as fast as possible.
Practice dodging, blocking, parrying, grappling throws and disengaging from dangerous fights. In multiplayer, patience and positioning can be more valuable than just attacking all the time.
