The right main stats are as important as the Sonata Effect. Damage dealers generally like Crit Rate, Crit Damage, Attack %, and the right Elemental Damage Bonus. Depending on their skills, support characters may focus on Energy Regeneration, Health Points or Healing Bonus.

Level Up Your Substats Slowly

Perfect Echoes take time to get, so don’t expect perfect builds immediately. Focus on Echoes that have helpful offensives or support substats, and then replace them gradually as you get stronger gear. It is more efficient to improve gradually with the resources than to try to be perfect early.
