Here's a quick guide on how to use the Training Grounds in Wuthering Waves.
The Training Grounds in Wuthering Waves are a useful place to test out combat mechanics without having to deal with tough real-world encounters. They are especially useful for learning a new Resonator, testing abilities or practicing timing-based mechanics. A bit of practice can make real battles seem much more manageable.
Enter the Training Grounds
You can find the Training Grounds within the game's training or practice options. Spend some time getting to know the options available and practice targets when you get them before you begin more complex exercises.
Practice New Resonators
The Training Grounds are a good place to try out characters you’ve just gotten. Play their Basic Attacks, Resonance Skills, Resonance Liberation, and other skills to get a feel for their kit. This lets you learn the mechanics without the risk of failing an important combat encounter.

Test Your Combos
Train the attack sequences in the training environment. Practice switching between characters and using their abilities together to see what actions flow well. This is especially useful when you’re trying to determine how a character’s powers will work with the rest of your team.
Improve Your Timing
Some combat mechanics require timing, and the Training Grounds are a safe place to practice them. Work on dodging attacks, countering and seeing enemy attack patterns. Practicing these things on targets should help you to react more naturally in actual battles.
Test Different Builds
If you are unsure how a certain setup will perform, test it out in the Training Grounds before actually using it in content. Try different gear or skill setups and see how they affect your character’s performance. This will help you make better decisions for your team.

Practice Against Different Enemies
If there are multiple training targets or enemy types available, practice against several of them, not just one. This helps you to get a better understanding of how your characters perform in different situations and helps you become more comfortable adapting your playstyle.
Last Tips
Whenever you’re learning a new Resonator, testing a team setup or trying to improve your combat timing, use the Training Grounds. Instead of attacking at random without any purpose, focus on a specific mechanic. Spending a few minutes practicing deliberately can help you get a better understanding of your characters, and make tough encounters throughout Wuthering Waves much easier to deal with. If you can successfully learn how to use the Training Grounds, playing the game will be much more fun and rewarding.
