Here's a quick guide on how to earn and use Glimmer in Aniimo.

Glimmer is one of the more useful currencies in Aniimo, but it’s not something you’d want to spend without thinking about it. It’s dropped from normal gameplay and can be used for various items, so it may be helpful to know what it drops from and what is worth saving for.

Complete Quests and Activities

A simple way to get Glimmer is to just keep playing through the game. Glimmer can be earned by completing Quests, Elite Training objectives, and Daily Activities.

So you don't have to go out of your way to farm it all the time. You can increase your supply simply by continuing the activities you are already engaged in.

Explore Idyll

Exploration can also give you Glimmer. Chests around Idyll may contain it, including some chests found through cave puzzles. You can also earn Glimmer from certain progression and Aniilog rewards as you catch Aniimo and increase your research level.

So if you're already exploring somewhere new, it's worth opening the chests you come across instead of ignoring them.

Defeat Alpha and Omega Aniimo

Your first Alpha and Omega defeats can give Glimmer too. These are one-time rewards, though, so you can't keep defeating the same Aniimo and collecting the bonus over and over.

Check Events and Codes

Limited-time events and gift codes can also include Glimmer. These rewards can change, so check the current events and available codes rather than relying on an old list. The official launch rewards, for example, included 200 Glimmer from the global pre-registration milestone.

Spend It Carefully

Glimmer can be used in shops for things such as Primergy and other items. Some purchases also have weekly limits, so don't feel like you need to spend your Glimmer just because you have some saved up.

If you're unsure what you'll need later, saving some is usually safer than spending it immediately.

Keep an Eye on Your Supply

Since Glimmer comes from several different parts of the game, check your currency balance before making a purchase. You may already have another way to get the item you're looking for without spending Glimmer.

Final Tips

Earn Glimmer by completing quests, Daily Activities, Elite Training, exploration, Aniilog progression, and certain battles. Keep an eye on events and codes too. Before spending it, check what you're buying and whether it's something you actually need.
